Impact

Measurable change — reported honestly.

We publish only verified figures and describe qualitative outcomes where a metric has not yet been independently reported. No invented counters.

Our approach

What we measure and why

Every programme carries a clear intention statement and a defined measurement approach agreed with commissioners. For Mind the Gap this includes pre- and post-programme assessment of confidence and knowledge, and optional follow-up at six months.

We treat safeguarding, consent and anonymity as the first measurement principle — never publishing information that could identify a family, child or participant without explicit consent.

Qualitative outcomes

What we hear from participants and partners

Teams report a shared inclusive-practice vocabulary after Mind the Gap.
Parents describe feeling more prepared and less alone in SEND meetings.
Partners report more confident conversations across cultural difference.
Community members describe belonging and reduced isolation.

Reports & timeline

Annual reports, funding & project timeline

Our first annual CIC report will be published following the end of the current reporting period. Until it is signed off we do not display placeholder statistics — we invite funders and commissioners to book a partnership call for a detailed capability conversation.
