Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling.

Free events can be cancelled at any time. For paid events, refunds are available in full up to 14 days before the event, and at 50% up to 48 hours before. Within 48 hours, refunds are not available but transfers to another attendee are welcome.

Commissioned programmes are covered by the letter of engagement agreed with the commissioning organisation. That letter sets out deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms specific to your programme.

Voluntary contributions are non-refundable unless made in error. If you believe you have contributed in error, please email contact@mcdworkscic.com and we will investigate.
